In japanese it's pronounced Se-fee-ros.
In english it's pronounced with the same "i" sounds used in American (sorry I couldn't think of any other words.) Se-phi-roth.

Me also pronounced it as Sep-ee-roth.
Silent 'h'...also in Qabala/Cabala/Kabbala whatever they pronounce it with a 'f' sound.

They CLEARLY say "se-fi-ro-su" in Advent Children, so if you're not pronouncing it like that you fail at life.
the correct way to pronouce it is in the one winged angel song when they say it. its sef-E-roth. the 't' and 'h' combine to sound lyk a 's' just download, listen and you shall know

You should listen to the song again, they pronounce it "sefiros".
