    when someone has heat on them if they do an action they will die. if they just stand there and wait for heat to go off they will be fine

    Casting Blizz-ard/-ara/-aga on someone with Heat will remove it. Similarly Fir-e/-ara/-aga spells will remove Freeze. Both can be prevented by equipping Body Temp.

    you dont have to cast the spell on the effeced person you just have to cast it.

    besides he is asking how to get into the castle.
    you go the the bit on the map where the whirlpools of sand are and press X to one if an antlion appears beat itr then try again you will get in eventuly.
