Is it full? Some email programs basically disable your email if you use up all of your space in an attempt to make you delete old email.

yea this happened to me with my aim/netscape mail, it took a week to get it workin again

Well now it says that i owe the the e mail thingy money...like it told me that in order to continue recieving E-mail "payment is required" WTF does that mean?

If we knew the client, it would be easier to tell. I am guessing that you are using MSN hotmail, as it redirects newer users to a page like this after a while... (the scum). If you are using hotmail, there should be a link to click on the bottom to continue your free status. Check the page over good.
Hotmail is a reatarded monkey. I use yahoo and google's email (gmail) and would suggest either or, as they both do the trick. Gmail is a load better, but I belive you need an invite for that yet.
