Yes, there will be those 2 movies in a year or 2. I dont know to much about Spawn 2 but I know Sam and Twitch ( cops ) are to apear in the movie almost more than Spawn and Terminator 4 is happening in the year 2032 when the machines have bombed the earth and Arnold will apear in a bit of it but as you know, in there future the Terminators didn't ware there skin to much but the actor of John conner and Kate Brewster from the last movie are in it.
