I never even try to do jumprope, if that counts as a sidequest. 1000 jumps my ass, no one in their right mind would do that.

Everything practical though like Chocobo H & C, I start and complete those as soon as possible.

Except for me And doing 1000 jumps is slightly practical, you get the King of Jump Rope item, which counts towards your Treasure Hunting Rank. Yes, you can totally get a rank S without it, but still.

I love the side quests, always do them. Although I've only done the 1000 jumps once, just to know I can.

I did almost all of them. I remember leaving behind that Hippaul game or something, but Chocobo Hot & Cold was simply amazing. I can't remember having that much fun ever in a sidequest...
