There isn't even a Japanese release date yet.

But it's slated for a 2006 release though
Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

if those screenshots are too small for you, get used to it, since the DS screens are tiny as well.
Yeah but the DS up and close would have better quality then a camera. Unless you have 1/20 vision...
but you're still staring at a screen smaller than an index card. two screens, really, but same difference.
Yeah I get ya'. Now the PSP on the other hand. A little small but almost takes up the whole screen. See how much better FFIII would be on the PSP. Yo....... (You'd be dumb not to get it)
No way! I think it looks more like FF CC...
I can't wait to see what gamespot says about it after it's released...

No. There's a ton of good games for the DS, and tons more on the way. The DS is consistently doing better than the PSP in Japan, and for the most part it's doing a bangup job in the states too. Don't be afraid to own a Nintendo console. It won't hurt you.
When FFIII comes ot in England, I shall buy it, and then nick my brothers DS. Can't be bothered to buy my own. And the grahics look cool! I didn't think the DS had such a powerful graphics engine.
