Ruby Dragons are the only things I found there that could actually kill me. Eventually I gave up and decided to fight Tri-Faces on floor 1 to get curse spikes. (Got bored of that too, after getting around 60. Short attention span.)Originally Posted by * White Aeris *

I always thought it was easy to get down to Ultima weapon. Hell the last time I played I went up and down, saving it when I could til I got to level 100.
The best thing to do is to have Squall at a very low level (as all monster are based on his level) and your GFs should of had most of their abilities learnt by now. This making you powerful at any level you are but the monsters are weak as Squalls' level sugests.
EDIT: The only GF you cant get from Ultimecia Castle is Diablos, if you dont get the lamp at the start, then he's gone for good, unless you got a pocket station.
Ruby dragons are easy, all creatures are easy, even when you're at lv 100, seriously, you can't actually die down there can you?! Speaking from rather foggy experience, i seem to remember that they appear in pairs? Nothing a few lion hearts couldn't handle.
