Looks interesting. Has anyone played them? What are your opinions on them?

    Vaan - "Hey, you!"
Penelo - "Yeah, you! The one reading this sig at this very moment!"
Vaan - "Interested in playing FFXII International Zodiac Job system?"
Ashe - "But you have no knowledge of the Japanese language?"
    Fran - "....We could help...."
Balthier - "That's right, Fran! Just click on Crossblades' thread on the very bottom of this signature and it will show you all license grid translations, magicks and tecks locations, and other changes that were made!"
Basch - "Don't forget though. Swap Magic is needed to play this game if you don't own a japanese PS2."
Vaan - "Also remember that if you played the original, you'll have an easier time playing the international version. We hope you enjoy the International Zodiac Job System experience. See ya then!"

What you talking about? They're FF spinoffs and Chocobo IS an FF character/mascot after all

I've played and finished Chocobo's Mysterious Dungeon 2. I thought it was a very fun little game. Very, very addicting. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a fun (and most likely cheap) game to pass the time.

It starts off a little slow at first, but once you get into the joy of hunting random items and equipment in dungeons and fusing powerful claws and saddles, you'll be hooked. There's also some very challenging bosses including Ultros.

With only five dungeons, it is fairly short game. That doesn't mean it is over quickly though. There are plenty of sidequests to do. You'll also have to pump up to take on some of the later dungeons.

To hell with Battletoads and Double Dragon.
    THIS is the ultimate team.

What colsole are they for? Is there any way for me to play them? I believe they've been released in Japan only.

I own Chocobo's Dungeon 2 for PSX, it's adorable, addicting, and generally a good time. Lord Chainsaw pretty much nailed it, it's a little bit hard to find nowadays, but if you manage to find a used copy it's usually pretty cheap. The best part is when fat chocobo is too lazy to move out of the way of his front door, so you have to learn the diagonal sidestep to escape from his house.
