Things FFX-2 lacked:
Good music: Apart from 1000 Words and Real Emotion, the music of X-2 was junk. The battle theme was particularly bad.
Auron: Ok, not Auron specifically, but mature, serious characters were needed. And Paine did not fit that roll.

I'm on your side v.e.n.o.m! I loved FFX-2, I don't think it was lacking anything, I just think that FFX had more to it! I'm no idiot, and anyone who thinks that people like FFX-2 are idiots, are pathetic scum. I like FFX-2, i find it enjoyable and it carries on the story, it's the story of the future of spira, it cleans up the ending in FFX. Without it, people would be complaining! I think, and so do many others, that FFX-2 is a great game, and it lets you explore spira a bit more than in FFX!Originally Posted by v.e.n.o.m.
