I think you need to be level 60 to have a wedding. I'm not sure, I haven't really looked into it.

I think its level 40, you need to email SE themselves i think as they send one of their own representatives to host the wedding for you. You need maybe 500K for the best marriage area but less for other areas and stuff...and i forget how much gil you need to purchase a wedding dress.
Unfortunetly before anyone askes, SE does not support same sex marriages yet.
Just a warning, the marriage application system is absolutely flooded. I know people who've been waiting since March to get married but haven't been accepted for the ceremony yet.

i think it might be level 20 (not sure) and if you explore on the play online viewer, you can find a place where you can apply, but neither of the people getting married can apply, they have to get some1 to apply for them

Dude its a game, and the marriage is whatever you make of it. This is also great for those roleplayers too.
