Spiderman vs. Batman vs Superman vs any other superhero series you may like

I just got done watching the newest Batman movie (Batman begins). And while it was interesting and kept my attention for the most part I don't think it was nearly as good as the latest Spiderman movies. The characters in Spiderman I think are alot more developed and interesting than the characters in Batman are.

Spiderman's characters seem to be alot more real (they act in alot of ways like people in the real world would act). Where as the characters in Batman just seem to be kind of fake in a way (probably due to the fact that they live in a make believe place so they don't really have to act just like us).

So which movies or comic book series did you like best. Maybe there are some folks who like Superman as well. But I think Batman and Spiderman are considered to be the two most popular so that is why I compared them to eachother more so than Superman (plus Superman's movies are about twenty years old now).

because if you think about it, he has superior powers...the powers to jump the power to swing the power of incredible senses...batman just looks cool kicking butt

If I want a fun comic, I go for Spiderman. But if you want something of some serious quality and impact? You can't beat Batman's graphic novels, and Batman Begins is the best comic book to movie adaptation yet.

I like Spider-Man because the life of Peter Parker is just as much of a struggle as the life of Spidey. Like darkchrono said, the characters are more real.

Batman. Because he's not just a hero because he discovered he has powers. He's a hero boy choice. I mean, if Spiderman didn't have powers, he'd still be a pansy and I don't think he'd be the kind to help a friend out if he was being picked on. Now, Batman. That's a real hero.

There's the kind of superhero who gets his/her name because he/she has superpowers. That's the superhero.
Then there's the kind of superhero who gets his/her name because he wants justice in the world, regardless of having superpowers or not. That's the superhero.

Anyone saying that Spiderman's characters are more real than Batman's is probably forgetting that they have superhuman powers which are, obviously, rather unrealistic.

If I wanted to read about someone struggling to manage their life, I'd read the autobiography of a drug addict or watch a soap opera.
