With my Verizon DSL i have a Westell Versalkin model 327W DSL modem / wireless router. When I set up the internet for PlayOnline and try to connect i get the POL 1562 error. Anyone know why?

The network could be experiencing technical problems and you are unable to connect to it. How long has this been going on?
I believe in the power of humanity.
They have been having a lot of login issues due to DDoS attacks, same with auction house and search results. So just keep trying, I think they've pretty much fixed it though.
If it's not FFXI, then maybe contact your ISP? Not sure if that will do any good though.

I figured it out. I had to format the HDD. I got the HDD and game off my friend and I didn't think i'd ever play it or again or even off the PS2 for that matter. So i went back to install it and it wouldn't let me cause the FF that was on there wasn't installed with MY PS2. It all works now. thanks for trying.
