u can get luck spheres by fighting the master sphere in the monster arena. chances r that if u can kill it u will overkill it, making it drop 2. bare in mind that for every 2 luck spheres u get, u wil hav to fight earth eater to get fortune spheres over and over again. this gets v.boring (and i ut my luck stat all the way to 255!)
