My guess is seto
he's not really a youth, but he is in terms of how long his race lives.
and he fought to stop the GI and continues to protect CC even now

is it the little boy in Kalm or Nimbelheim? i remember he wanted to join soldier to become big and strong and then to destroy meteor and he used to train by running around his room.
