i have a feeling white and green is something about Holy changing colour... not so sure...?

actually, the guy before me said so first - i just didn't realises he'd posted before me, i'm just a bit like a parrot! however, for the rest of the riddle i'm stumped, i'm just thinking Holy holy holy holy holy... etc.

But of great matters I surely handle,
Between the green and the white.

I am so tempted to say a Weapon! The wepaon that attacks Junon or Midgar! But i don't think it's right!

And little it must seem, <--- he is useful for 2 things mainly.
But of great matters I surely handle, <--- The great matters could be in reference to the fact he gives you the Enemy Skill - White Wind. Which helps your party along the way. Aswell as giving you experience when you defeat him etc.
Between the green and the white. <--- he is mostly green and white :P
