Ok here’s everything given so far and a new hint

Riddle:
Born in a fallen eden,
Raised on spite,
Helping those similar,
With actions, no words

Hints:
- You have to draw on something outside the game (i.e in this world) for one line in the riddle
- It’s an NPC
- It’s not a summon
- getting something from this world is not the “born in a fellen eden” line
- it does speak but just not after “helping those similar”
- getting something from this world is not the “with actions, no words” line
- the “fallen eden” doesn’t represent the ancients or the cetra . . . and yes I know these are the same thing
- the answer does speak but jumps into action to “help those similar” and as a result of which have “no words”

also as an extra hint (I spoil you guys! ) I’m going to say that the 1st, 3rd and 4th lines of his analysis are correct

Ok you lot, this has merited my PERSONAL attention!

Born in a fallen eden, - according to G SpOtZ, a fallen great place. Ok, so - ancients temple, Gelnika, Rocket Town, Corral Valley, Corel, Wutai.
Raised on spite, - maybe...raised to hate? Sephy, again. The Shinra? Yuffie?
Helping those similar, - I'll look at Yuffie - she helps the crew, who share the trait of being unaccepted by Shinra, roving the world.
With actions, no words - Helps by joining. Fights alongside.

I'll go Yuffie for now.

How could the second line be wrong? The only other definition of spite I could think of is, "regardless of [something]".

The rest of the definitions are basically the same as the first one.

I guess that could mean that "raised on spite" may also have to do with growing up, and overcoming difficult obstacles of life.

EDIT: Lost Number, Yuffie is a playable character.

Ah, I get it. Best way to solve this is therefore to try again when I am drunk. *goes off*
OK...so we have a NPC that gives the character an item, or something, says somethign to them, then either refuses to talk, or goes away. A rebel, a soldier.

Iv just had a sudden Insparation! I think its Godo (Yuffies father)

Born in a fallen eden - he was born in Wutai which has been turned into a tourist attraction
Raised on spite - Wutai and the Shin Ra were at war: so he is bound to be spitful
Helping those similar - He helps Yuffie (the similaritys) by testing her and also giveing her the Leviathon materia
With actions, no words - Like I said above he tests Yuffie by fighting her

I was just looking through the game script, and happened to see this.

"TV Producer: Hmm… Better send that soldier something."

And just assuming he is from Junon, which could be thought of as a fallen eden seeing as it isnt what it once was because Shin-ra built that thing on top of it. (Maybe spiteful because of it?)

When Cloud is dressed as a soldier he would appear to be "similar" to the other soldiers and the producer. He never actually talks to you but gives you items.

So my guess is "TV Procucer."

oh my god... i think i got it

a plain old shinra soldier

mainly thanks to holy mackerals reasoning and how you said it was sooo close!

the soldiers have jenova cells injected into them (fallen eden?),
making them want to kill kinda (raised on spite, includes the cells), they're like an army (helping those similar)
and they're just a regular like grunt type enemy, so they dont talk they only like shoot you (with actions, no words)

i seriously think and hope this is it... haha

With actions, no words - well it should be obvious, he doesnt speak as he is a dolphin but he does help =)
