Regarding your critique. I'm not gonna argue with it if you don't like it as its a fair comment. I intentionally wrote it to appear like the lines were linked to throw people off the real solutions. I wrote them on separate lines to show where the actual separations were. That said, my structuring isn't arbitrary

Okay, is it correct if I conclude that in the 2 line paragraphs the 2 lines
are related in a way but not as you would literally suggest?

If that's the case I think it would be time to look for connections
between the two lines of either 2 line paragraph.

I won't hint much, but at some point in this thread you have wandered towards the right line of thinking required for this stage. Although don't give up on "Use surer feet or land deformed", that does still need to be solved...

surer feet is that a chocobo? because with the chocobo you can get over deformed lands if i remember correctly

im using the example above, if it is correct, the island that you get knights of the round, cant remember whats its called but, you cant land there in a airship, so only accessable by chocobo, so hopefully what Spinz33 said is correct, if not forget what i said :P

Sorry, Leonheart not correct. Spinz not sure if I made this clear or not, chocobo isn't part of the solution to that line itself, but the surer feet part is referring to chocobos.

the only things i can think of where a chocbo is necessary is marsh, quicksand, and rivers cliffs and oceans if ur getting secret stuff. maybe the land deformed bit refers to the midgar zolom as he kind of blends in with the ground and if u don't ur surer feet he will appear

Sorry no one has got it yet... I'm kind of reluctant to say anything about this (and am a little worried that I've missed a correct guess) because I actually thought this was one of the easiest lines in the riddle... It isn't remotely cryptic or oddly worded.

so literally translated, if you don't use a chocobo then when you land (presumabley from a fall) you will land deformed (i.e without grace, fall over, break you leg, shriek in agony, etc)
