I can think only of lucrecia and barret.

Barret may hold himself responsible for the death of biggs and wedge and co but i didn't notice it eating him up much

And lucrecia is actually kinda the source of everything so very relevent to the story but easy to miss.

It sounds like lucrecia too me. She's related to Seph. and he flys. She's part of jenova i think. She's really a big part of the story kinda also
