You can reach Wutai by Tiny Bronco but you must use Highwind to go for it after Meteor's summoned. that's weird cause you can arrive to these place with chocobo.

Wutai is reachable when you escaped Shinra. About second line, I don't know anything cause Wutai does not related to Lifestream.

Yuffie probably. Yuffie have good and bad expression. She's chilling sometimes but she's warm (I don't think she look warm).
