Hey, I'm not spurring an argument here. The person who made this riddle isn't helping very much in our endeavors to solve it. I'm the only one pointing this out to him. That way, we might solve this riddle.

Actually I wasn't asking why people were arguing. I was just curious why so many of the posts didn't contain any guesses.

For meelee or range? --> a rocket is a long range missile or craft, wheras wo punch someone u need to be pretty close, unless ur stretch arm-strong
And does it employ
Money, mass, or impact? --> not too sure on this, maybe cos a rocket costs a whole lot of money and a pucnh is an impact? i dunno!

Think about the first line: a true contradiction this suggests that something about the answer contradicts itself. So one must one must think of an item perosn whatever that you can see get whatever that contradicts itself or something related to it. The Thrid line is a question for the last. Which does it use? But yes coin seems a logical choice. b

It is wrong, although you're using the right approach for the first two lines.

Its the last line thats tricky. Although its probably important the word money throws you off.

As you can see, the first two lines taken alone could refer to many different things. It's the last two lines that (hopefully) narrows it down to one thing.

Hmm...this is something of a shot in the dark, but...

Is it one of the attacks of that squirrel/groundhog enemy from around Icicle Area (and in the battle arena, I think)? I can't recall the name of the enemy or the attack, but I remember them both quite clearly. The enemy has a very puffy tail and it looks like it's buried n the ground. The reason I though of it is because it has an attack that shoots gold coins at your party, which could be the money referred to in the riddle, and could be a ranged or melee attack. The name of the attack is Gold something or other, though I'm at a loss for what the enemy is.
