A true contradiction
For meelee or range? Right arm does damage on enemies, from a distance, but it's an arm. Arm
would suggest it being a melee weapon but it's actually range, our contradiction.
And does it employ
Money, mass, or impact? Right arm can only be bought at the golden saucer (or stolen) so
while you're using it you're (without the stealing) indirectly using money.
It kinda fitted except for the mass and impact part.

The monster that throws cards at you for its attack near gold saucer area or corel area (that part of the continent) One of the cards makes money spill out of you that monster. Sorry that i cant remember its name

Okay, I've looked into enemy skills, weapons, and armour looking for something with a contradictory name, or that relates to money. I found nothing. The only thing I can find (without trawling through endless lists of enemies) is:
Hammer Blaster: an enemy in the Shinra HQ that uses the attack 'pound'. Now whilst not strictly a contradiction, hammers and blasters are different items and motions, and whilst a hammer is a melee weapon, a blaster is a range weapon. 'Pound' is a type of currency, a unit of weight (mass), and also the act of 'pounding' which involves impact. Thus the attack from its name could feasibly utilise money, mass or impact.

not really got a guess here jus gonna share ideas on wot i think each line COULD mean

Stop a giant mastered from within. --> maybe this refers to cait sith being controlled with a remote from within shinra. and the "life back in" might be when u get Cait sith no.2
Cause beginning of life to come to an end, --> beginning of life might be talking about lifestream
Life’s story told in a place to mend. --> maybe temple of the ancients the ancients history told on the wall of the room and the temple needs "mending" after it becomes the black materia (needs rebuilding tbh

actually i'm gonna guess thats the answer is the life stories of the main chars (even tho i havent mentioned them all
btw can i ask, are the last for lines meant to be on paragraph or 2 paragraphs with 2 lines in each, like the rest of the riddle?

The last four lines are indeed meant to be one paragraph. You have two pieces of reasoning partly correct so far, but I'm not gonna say which just yet if thats okay. I will start to soon so that people can start working on it, but I'll wait for a few more responses first.
I'm gonna say now that if anyone guesses the correct answer without reasoning then I'm not gonna tell them (It isn't Cait Sith or Reeve). If you can't show at least some reasoning, then you haven't got the answer (except by sheer fluke).
