It's not the Materia shop in Rocket Town. "Heaven's grant" does not refer to a materia, however, "aggregate power" does. "Thrice a wall" has nothing to do with any magic.

No, not the Proud Clod battle. The "No arms I provide, no rest" works alone as a clue, but most things don't provide arms or rest. The line is only really helpful when you follow up with the second line. Also, remember that the test mentioned is "in favour of the green". Heidegger is hardly in favour by the battle
