From my research on the subject, diet does not inherently affect your skin, but stress does. A bad diet is a stress on your system, therefore causing skin (I'm talking acne, here) problems.

edit: Oh, and I have a [img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img]ty diet. I try to eat well, with a mixture of things, making sure I get what I should be getting and not eating so much bad stuff, but I get lazy and don't always follow through with that. So I suck.
