Yes, I know...but I'm not endorsing any product. So I can't be an infomercial

But for me, adding zinc to my diet has helped a ton. Of course extra vitamin A and C doesn't hurt either. But I don't take supplements except a multivitamin. When I say supplments, I mean I don't take pills that have like 1500% DV of Vitamin C, 2000% DV of Vitamin K, 5000% of Vitamin A, etc. That's crazy.
