My diet usually consists of cereal with Soya Milk (usually cornflakes), followed by a high carb/protein lunch, sometime like a jacket potatoe (though I can't find a single bloody one in London) or a Tuna/Pasta Sammitch. Main meal on a night will usually consist of some meat product, something like steak or fish or burgers (if I'm feeling lazy), along with some carbs, like pasta or vegetables. Evening meal is usually a frozen meal, a pasta dish like lasagne or canneloni. Late night meal is cereal again. I occasionally have a banana between these meals. I never eat any junk food, nor do I drink alcohol, caffeine or sugary drinks, just water.
Why? Well, it's healthier than most people's diets, I feel better for it, plus it lets me keep my muscle mass while I'm away from the gym. Plus it helps to beef me up while I'm there.
