Why do you imprison your saviour?
I'm guessing Omega Weapon, since Wakka clearly identifies him as a traitor and heretic.
EDIT: Oh yeah, omega is also the last letter of the Greek alphabet, so it can mean last.

using provoke prevents it's meteor attack at the end

Enjolras282 is correct, the answer is Great Malboro. It's favorite attack is Bad Breath, unless Provoke is used on it, in which case it reverts to physical attacks.
