She does, actually The first time she summons an Aeon or casts a spell, there's an incantation or some dialogue that goes with it. From the simple "heal us" with Cure, to "light shines strong, our woe begone!" for Esuna.

The Aeons get a variety of comments from her... some she simply introduces herself to, whereas others she asks for protection, or implores them to "fight on!"
