Inhabited by shame-Lord Jyscal made Seymour and his mom live their 'cause he was ashamed of his human wife and half-breed son
Dark corridors empty until they arrived-Baaj Temple was empty until they arrived
Hate and hunger conquered one-Seymour was conquered by hate and his hunger for power
And the other was conquered by their love for the other-Seymour's mom loved him so much she sacrificed herself to become her son's aeon

This riddle is intended to be choppy and cryptic, but it was actually thought-out. I don't think it should take too long for someone to figure it out.
