Is it Cactuars?

Please don't take my stuff! if you defeat a Cactuar it gives you a weapon/armor
For I don't know how to fight. they usually run away
If I have higher health than the others, has higher hp than the Qactuars in the thunder plains
My boss has better sight. maybe referring to the Cactuar King in the arena
