I'm guessing this has something to do with the thunder plains quest...

I'm a immovable obstacle (Thunder plains pillars)
But if you fill me with wonder (dunno bout this)
With the winning speed (to dodge lighting you have to be fast)
You'll claim the prize over yonder (the prize for doing the quest is probably over the other side of the thunder plains)
