*searches google for definitions of pretty much every word in the riddle!*
i'm gonna guess that this is quite a way in answering the riddle so i'm gonna hide the definitions. use them if u want.
(SPOILER)
quiescence - a state of quiet inactivity
heretofore - "sa far", but used in a negative sense. e.g. "so far, he hasn't called"
tumult - a state of commotion
i'll attempt to re-write this into englishit may be a little wrong though so bare with me
calm, moving around equals
so far, the tradition of aura makes a new aura
damp, crisp, and thin are shared properties
look for 2 words with similar meanings to calm the commotion
even with this i still have no idea. can i ask, is there a reason why there are captial letters dotted around? cos if there is then we have:
Q, A, H, H, T, S, T
