maybe seeking, maybe hiding,
perhaps waiting for the 2nd hundred,
i take only 1, but give more than the usual
who am i?

jsut sharing ideas, i think the 3rd and 4th lines refer to bribing. it only takes 1 hundred (maybe 1 hundred thousand?) to complete the bribe and make the enemy leave, but if u bribe 2 hundred u get something extra. fiends that cost 100,000 to bribe are garuda and grat. i'm gonna say garuda cos wen u see them on the highroad, they are close the the al bhed camp where the sinspawn (the demonic?) are being held to draw sin.

the "perhaps waiting for the second hundred" makes me think of the lighning dodging.

Does it have anything to do with Lulu's Onion Knight?

Unless the answer is a certain weapon ability, that would eliminate everything but Brotherhood and the Celestial Weapons. I'll say Godhand, because it's found near where Shuyin was lurking around the time of Operation Mi'ihen, and the last two lines I think may be referring to the Gillionaire ability, which Godhand has.

Looks like Overdrives to me. The last two lines could well be OD, standing for Overdrive, but having one for each character seems more likely. This is a little too easy, so it's probably wrong.
