Sorry, I think I was a bit unclear in my last hint.
The capitals letters aren't important in themselves, they just indicate words which can help give the answer.

Haha sorry phoenix, telling you what sort of thing it is at this stage would be giving a bit too much away.

Would the Q & H refer to the Qactuar Hunt?

Not sure what the 2 T's would stand for.

Nothing to do with the Quactuar Hunt, sorry.

As I said, the capitals are there just to indicate words which can help you find the answer, the letters Q, H, T and T aren't on themselves important.

    So the capitalized words say:

    Quiescence Heretofore The Tumult

Which sounds like a fancy way of saying calm before the storm.

    We have a winner!
Well done BG-57, the answer I'm looking for is indeed "Calm Before The Storm."
I'll try and explain the reasoning.

Quiescence, abounding amongst the equable - The music plays in Kilika wood, Macalania forest and the Gagazet caves, all areas of peace and tranquility, so I used this line to allude to this (I used 'Equable' to mean Calm and Unchanging).
as Heretofore, aural convention begets aura - As before, the music sets the mood of the game.
humid, crisp, and thin all share The like - This is another allusion to the areas in which the song plays, using descriptions of the air, Kilika having humid air, the cold Macalania forest having crisp air, and the high altitude Gagazet caves having thin, montainous air.
seek synonyms to calm the Tumult - This line was purely to tell you to find synonyms for the capitalized words.

I'm thinking the capitals were a mistake, I intended them to be a clue once the rest had been figured, but they were focused on a lot more than I expected. Maybe the riddle would have been harder without them

is it the glyph in via prufico that, when activated, activates another glyph around the centre of the maze? (the via purifico with yuna)

Not quite done yet --> it's hidden in a pile of rubble
Illuminated in kind --> when u activate it it lights up
In the labyrinth --> via purifico
Illuminates others --> activates the other glyph, which also lights up

Why do you imprison your saviour?

something to do with the djose trials? having to illuminate the symbol on the floor takes a lot of moves. maybe the "illuminates others" refers to lighting the recesses in turn lights the symbol

Why do you imprison your saviour?

Hm, the words that I can think of that are similar to a labyrinth is like a twisting road or maze. In a more general sense, something twisted or intricate.

Not quite done yet - Cloudy Mirror
Illuminated in kind - Advanced by the glowing tree
In the labyrinth - The twisting maze-like Macalania Woods
Illuminates others - Can then be turned into Celestial Mirror that enables the characters to have ultimate power
