Do a little more levelling up.
You need the twinharp from Edward. Go back to the elf castle, he's in one of the side rooms. Talk to him and he'll give you it. Once you have it, head back and talk to the Dark Elf. Ed will then play a tune and the harp will copy. Since it's common knowledge that Dark Elves' weak point is their ability to listen to harp music, the gravity field will be lifted, then the real battle will begin.
There is no signature here. Move along.
Go back to Tororia and wander around til you find Edward.

He should give you the Twinharp.
After you talk to the Clerics and such, basically get your mission to go find the Dark Elf and you're ready to depart, talk to Edward. He gives you the Twinharp, which you'll need to defeat Dark Elf.
