So In your opinions, the general characters in FF IX is bad but you happen to like three characters out of those or not out of those which is Vivi, Garland and Kuja.
And you like to have Zidane and such in your party for fighting but you never liked him.

I think it would be neat to have some old school Final Fantasy characters in there, like Golbez. I like Golbez. He would be a neat Platnium match guy, but I don't think that'll happen.
And I don't think Seymour would be such a good idea either, because he wasn't very mobile, and he relied on magic far too heavily. I don't really know who would make a good Platinum match, out of the bosses from the past few FF games.

i do not like the characters of ff9
because they dont live up to the standards of the other ff games
im just saying that i like this paticular characters: Kuja, vivi, Garland
the only word that i can think of to descrieb them is "cool"
the rest have nothing special to them like Cloud and Squall and Sephiroth do
Some people complain about some characters in FF IX doesn't have much development like Quina and Amarant. And they dun use oversized swords/long sword or a gunblade like the previous FF characters. Also, most of them aren't "cool" compare to the previous FF characters too.
But as for the special part,I think I understand what you mean by "special" of Cloud, Squall and Sephiroth.
Every Characters in FF IX have these "special" things among them like Quina like doing what he/she want and contributing a daily dose of humour, Garnet struggles to choose between her mother and what she believed in. Stenier choose whether to take the princess back by force as to live up his duty as a knight or let her have her way. Zidane....etc
IMO, everyone in FF IX is special and unique in one way and maybe they dun have that kind of "coolness" like Cloud...etc. But they are as good and special as who they are.

chaos: And sadly, FFIX characters weren't, and won't be in Kingdom Hearts, as their designs were not done by Tetsuya Nomura. But, if it could happen, I would love to see Kuja as a boss battle in KH.

And you need to learn not to state an opinion as fact because FFIX's characters if you ask me were just as good as the ones from other FF's and better in alot of cases.
