As to who to have as a Platinum Match: Not Seymour, for a couple reasons. First, he was a secondary villain, not a main villain. He is nothing compared to Sephiroth. If you are going to have a Platinum boss, you would want one which is at least close to the same difficulty as the original Platinum boss. That means an FF main villain, like Kuja, Ulti, Chaos, Kefka, etc... Oh, and changing the outfits wouldn't be too much of a problem: Several characters (including Sephiroth) have changed outfits when coming to KH.
The other reason why Seymour shouldn't be the Platinum match is: Seymour sucks. He is the worst villain of any FF game ever. LeBlanc from X-2 was better than Seymour. Please, no Seymour.
