Gyshal greens i presume are not the best (cannot say the worst) but are the cheapest, Sylkis are the best but the most expensive

all the nuts are around the same... only ones that are imporatant are carob and zeio nuts.

carob nuts give you green, blue and black chocobo when breeding
zeio nut gives you a golden chocobo

though you need a green and a blue to give you a black which you mate with a normal wonderful chocobo to give you a golden one, provided sex is opposite...
