Noy ou don't You only need 6 to 10 or even 20 grams of the crap to get in jail.
Doesn't take pounds and pounds and pounds of the stuff. Just having it period no matter how much you have, Heck if you are caught with a joint your in jail for a pretty long time.
And yes you do go to jail if your friend has it and is int he same car as oyu are because you goto jail due to association.
I mean if oyu and a friend went to the store you bought something then told oyur friend he'll be waiting int eh car.
Now your friend comes out to the car. You suspect nothing at all.
Then all of a sudden a plice pulls you over looking at your car a store clerk saw. Anyway Your friend was caught stealing something. You had no clue about it. You goto jail anyway because you were with your friend and oyur friend is int eh same car as you and oyu both wnet into the store together.
To carry more weight to it. If your 1-25 your definately in jail because apparently you somehow knew of him stealing something or having pot on him even if you didn't have it. The justice system doesn't care. They just want you in jail. Then your life becomes prison and your use to it. You know the perks and all of that. You know every thing a lawyer who just passed the bar test knows.
Anyway once your out thats it your life is gone. Your an ex convict. You can';t vote. You can't get any formal secondary education, 98% of the job market will not hire you. All because youve been to jail.
You lose a lot of rights jsut because a friend had it without your consent
