No. I was caught witha quarter ounce and I didn't go to jail AT ALL. I was 19 at the time also so charged as an adult. YOU DON'T GO TO JAIL UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF IT. like pounds.
There is a hell of alot of difference between a quarter- ounce, and several pounds. And it dependa on the state.
