    The War on Drugs? Ridiculous, and once again, it's the government stepping out of its bounds. You want to know how to fix the problem?

    Legalize it. Damn conservatives.

    Intent to sell... if the judge says you were trying to sell weed then you're poop up a creek.

    More importantly, I don't think doing or selling drugs is tantamount to rape or murder as the sentences currently being handed out would suggest. You can molest a child and get only probation but if you're caught with a kilo of coke then your life is pretty much over. I agree that people with drug problems need help, but help from the gov't should come in the form of rehab, which is infinitely cheaper and more effective than prison.
