That phrase is synonymous with anything I've ever done while drunk. That includes lighting my cherry tree on fire, lighting my socks on fire, throwing an empty keg into the my pool and trying to balance on it, trying to make a gourmet mushroom burger with shrooms, trying to get my dog high... the list is endless.
It's not always my bad idea that triggers it. Usually it's the group-intoxication mindset... somebody says something and the rest of us chime in with "YEAH YEAH TOTALLY LET'S GO DO THAT RIGHT NOW." Liquor tends to make everyone around me share a brain. -_-
