Radiata Stories ending (SPOILERS)

(SPOILER)What was with the ending?? am I missing something? its like, ok you die now, what, no.. my love now you die, k your dead and I will walk out of this building that just fell on my head, but now I magically teleport to town safely and walk out carrying a sword I was never able to use without so much as a word.

Hey dont make it sound like I have a grudge against the game, I loved the story line, lots of shocking scenes. I just thought the ending was alittle dull compared to the rest of the game.
