The Land Before Time
I loved the first movie as a child, and I still love it to this day. Everything about is brilliant, from touching scenes to the stunning music. I just bought it on DVD and I can't stop watching it.
What do you think about it?

I used to watch them all, I never seen the newest two yet, but I was/am still a fan.

The first movie is the only movie that matters. I think it's so emotional, James Horner is fabulous and so is Steven Spielberg.

Friendship *is* magic.
It's my feavorite film, but I'd sooner watch the first than the sequals
The sequalls are ok but they take away the theme of the "New World"
Is any one besides me reminded of racism in the first film?

Love them. There are so many sequals, and surprisingly, they're all pretty good. The first one makes me cry. ;___;

I agree. I think it's amazing that almost all of the movies are great. They never reach the same level as the first movie, but they never sink. But they're right in middle ground.

the first movie was alrightish. The rest seemed to be plagued by the strategy of making kids movies suitable for no one but kids with everything over-explained and dramaticized that started to happen around that time. Hard to explain, but maybe you know what i'm taking about.
Think toy story and lion king as opposed to stuff like shark tale, shrek 2, etc.
Either that or I got to old to be captivated by them. *shrug*
