It works better in context than on its own. I bought the soundtrack a year before I got the game, and I listened to it and thought: what the heck is this? When I played the game it finally made sense.
it *%$#^!@ rocks(it was awsome)

I thinkit sucked. It goes marvelously with the FMV, but you can barely comprehend what they are saying, so I like the version the Black Mages did.

Leave some shards under the belly
Lay some grease inside my hand
It's a sentimental jury
And the makings of a good plan
hmph.....
I really like the one in FFX, but the one by the Black Mages SUCKS, cause it has some chicks voice instead of the dude and you can actually understand her. Dont like that version at all.
agreed

SE rocks at game begginings. The FFX2 start is also great : You see Yuna doing a Madonna like concert... And she Rikku and another cool girl kicking some butt in the center stage.
Alas, chapters 2 and 4 are nowhere near as good as 1,3 and 5 on FFX2
yes, awesome heavy metal music (too bad it will only work for FFX). music makes the world go round and puts FFX up one notch - ahead of which Final Fantasy? certainly not FFVIII, or FFIX...
That was awful, i cried out in a mixture of merriemnt and pain when i heard that (and the skies from above). The normal Otherworld is really good thoughOriginally Posted by RaidenWeb17
