I'm pretty sure all of the Matrix films had good openings, and Star Wars. Other than that, I can't think of any.

Battle Royale, because I recently watched it and I'm completely biased towards it.
Although, bias or not, the smiling winner is great.
I was always partial to the openings of "A Clockwork Orange" and "Full Metal Jacket" myself.
