    Darth Vader beats all

he and yoda should have fought
    that would have been awesome

EDIT: This is something ive been wondering
in Episode 2, when Anakin and Obi-wan lost to Dooku and than Yoda came walking slowly into the room
did everyone in the theater clap when this happened?

This shouldn't even be a contest. The originals are vastly superior to the prequels.

I liked the new ones more. With the old ones, it's not only the effects and stuff, the whole movies have a old-school feeling.

    Fav char is Yoda.

But A New Hope, Return of the Jedi, and especially Empire Strikes Back are all far, far better movies, and some of the downright best action/adventure/sci-fi flicks ever made. They trump the new ones even without amazing special effects. I honestly don't see how anyone could like 1-3 better.

Originals most definitely. One mustn't look at the "cool CGI" or that sorts. They had the better scripts and actors by a longshot (well, Christopher Lee and Ewan McGregor were good newies but otherwise...).

BTW, I HATE JAR JAR D:<

    Fevered lovers and austere thinkers
Love equally, in their ripe season
Cats powerful and gentle, pride of the house
Like them they feel the cold, like them are sedentary

If they add Updated SFX and re release the originals with the new ones in an anthology box set, that'd be what I think is a good thing.

If they add modern SFX and update a couple of things then meh.

    Or remake the original trilogy.

They weren't acutally remade, they were digitally remastered. And they were digitally remastered once on VHS, and then again when the trilogy was released onto DVD. ^^

Hmm.. I'm rather sure they will make a box set, they will earn a lot of money from that. In fact i'm positive they will release one.

I like the new one ones or al least III. The second one was for teenagers and the first one was for kids. The original Star Wars win my vote, mainly because they were for everyone and that they are far superior to I, II and III in every way. Azar with a Hat speaks the truth and I too would not see how anyone could pick 1-3 over 4-6.

Episode one had too many kiddy elements...ooooooo a kid destroys a space station, ooooooo. Jar Jar spoke too much, Padme's cheesy plee to that frog dude. C'mon, it was a let down to all of the original Star Wars fans. There was no deeper elements to the movie, no depth that could live up to the original Star Wars (IV).

I agree it was very cheesy, but it's far too complicated for 'Kids' to understand, with all the Queen Amidala decoys etc..
