Please help me to intal PS2 Modem

well i received my modem, but i don't know install him, i put the modem in my ps2 alright, but where i need to put the cable in the computer ?


how i know this:

netmask
default route
primary DNS
secundary DNS
DHCP hostname

First, do you have a dial-up connection, or a broadband connection?

If you have dial-up, you shouldn't need to worry about any of those things. Just plug the phone line into the appropriate slot and put in all of the information for your dial-up account.

If you have broadband, you'll need to plug your network adapter either directly into the DSL or cable modem that you have, or into the router, if you have one. From there, it should be able to auto-detect your settings, unless something goes wrong, in which case you'd have to manually input a lot of information.
