    Some people are freaked out at lotus pods.
    Those things seriously bug me. They look like some deformed patches of dead skin... bleh. All those holes, with those little thingies in them... *shudders*

    Anyway, I don't have it here, but I used to have this book where there was a family or something, with their drawings... really, a normal children's book. But there was an uncle there, and his picture wasn't anything special, but it TERRIFIED me as a boy. Really. I had nightmares. My mum tried to make me see there was nothing to it... didn't help. I wonder where that book is now...
