    EOFF is like a local diner. You have the regulars who sit in the same spot drinking the same kind of coffee all the time. You have the people who come in and like the place so they eat here pretty often. There's the people who like the place so they come around whenever the occasion allows. Also, there's the people who don't like the food so much so they don't come back. Then you have the old regulars who left for some reason long ago, and then they find themselves back in town so they decide to stop on by and enjoy that cup of coffee once again

    interesting story. It'd be interesting to see more action in it. Luterary magazine editors are just pissy people. But that only if that's your goal.
