    In just the face, his chest is naked...



    Her straps are missing...



    His straps are missing as well...



    Rikku has a turtle neck, but in the the "just the face" her turtle neck is missng..

    It's like they were naked...(in FF8 you'll notice the same stuff)

    The closeups are just to detail the characters faces, there is no reason to draw in the clothing.
